We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of you who have supported us throughout the years. You are the backbone of our mission, and we could not have made it this far without you. You have made it possible for us to keep fighting and have carried us through our lowest moments, allowing us to come out victorious on the other side. Against all odds, we are still here—unwavering and committed to the many Paws in Need.

The crisis of pet abandonment has only worsened this year, and we are doing everything within our ability to provide a safe haven for those we can help. However, we have had to significantly slow down and reduce the number of intakes, as none of us here is getting any younger, most of us are now in our mid to late 60s. 😲

As Paw Parent is celebrating its 18th year, we are incredibly proud of what we have accomplished. Since Paw Parent came into existence in June of 2008, thousands of dogs and cats have found refuge with us —the majority of them having found loving homes while others remained and still remain with us to live out their days in comfort, dignity, and peace in our care.

Rescue work is not for the faint of heart. It takes a truly special person to remain strong and not be overcome by the difficult and often heartbreaking moments we face almost on a daily basis.

Beyond the emotional toll, the financial strain of providing lifelong, quality care is constant and pressing. But we refuse to turn our backs on the souls in our care. We are fully committed to continuing our mission, but we cannot do it alone!

As we are starting our "Paws In Need" fundraising campaign, we ask you to stand with us once more. Your support gives us the strength, resources, and hope we need to keep going and ensure every paw in our care gets the love and care they deserve.

Our goal is $15,000 and our campaign will end October 31st.
